What is the course meal process?
コースの食事はどういった流れですか？
Our course flow is less than one hour; for reservations made from 12:00 p.m., we ask our guests to arrive 10 minutes prior to the start of the meal. at 12:00 p.m., everyone who has made a reservation makes a toast to start the meal at the same time, and we perform at the same time. Then, At 12:50, the meal will end with the closing ceremony of "Gohonjime".
当店のコースは1時間弱の流れとなっています。12:00～のご予約の場合、10分前にはご来店をお願いしております。12:00になりましたら、予約した方全員で一斉に食事が開始の乾杯となり、同じタイミングでパフォーマンスを行っています。そして12:50には締めの5本締めを行いお食事が終了する流れとなっています。

Is there an age limit to enter the restaurant?
入店に年齢制限はありますか？
We accept visitors 10 years of age or older, and even children under 10 years of age may enter the restaurant as long as they are of school age and can sit safely in a chair.
10歳以上の方からご来店いただけます。10歳未満の場合でも就学児で椅子に安全に座っていただくことができれば入店可能です。

I am allergic to wheat, is it gluten free?
小麦アレルギーなのですが、グルテンフリーですか？
Our dishes are wheat-free and gluten-free. However, there is a very small amount of flour in the tempura sauce, so if you are looking for a completely gluten-free meal, please do not use the tempura sauce and eat the tempura with salt.
当店のお料理は小麦を使わないグルテンフリーのお食事となっています。ただ、天つゆにごく少量の小麦粉が入っていますので、完全なグルテンフリーをお求めの方は天つゆを使わず、天ぷらをお塩でお召し上がりいただければと思います。

Can I be late for my appointment?
予約時間に遅刻しても大丈夫ですか？
In the case of courses, if you arrive 10 minutes after your appointment time, it will be treated as a cancellation. Therefore, we recommend that you arrive 10 minutes before your appointment time to allow enough time for your visit.
コースの場合には予約時間から10分を過ぎるとキャンセル扱いとなってしまいます。そのため、余裕を持って予約時間の10分程度前のご来店がおすすめです。
