  • What is the difference between a course and a Tempura-Bowl?
    コースと天丼の違いは？
    The course begins with an appetizer, followed by freshly fried tempura, each served with a tailored flavor suggestion. And finally, it ends with rice (egg over rice, wasabi rice, dashi chazuke, etc.).
    Tempura-Bowl is a bowl of rice to enjoy the tempura with your own condiments and dashi tea.

    コースは前菜から始まり、揚げたての天ぷらがそれぞれに合わせた味の提案で提供されます。そして最後には締めのご飯（卵かけご飯やわさびご飯、出汁茶漬けなど）となります。
    天丼は、天ぷらをご自身で薬味や出汁茶で楽しんでいただく形となります。
  • What is the course meal process?
    コースの食事はどういった流れですか？
    Our course flows for less than one hour. Freshly fried tempura is served one after another over the counter, so please enjoy the hot tempura and the performance by our artisans during the course, which is only available in the course.

    当店のコースは1時間弱の流れとなっています。揚げたての天ぷらがカウンター越しに次々に提供されますので、熱々の天ぷらを楽しみながら、コースのみにある、途中の職人によるパフォーマンスをお楽しみください。

  • Is there an age limit to enter the restaurant?
    入店に年齢制限はありますか？
    We accept visitors 10 years of age or older, and even children under 10 years of age may enter the restaurant as long as they are of school age and can sit safely in a chair.

    10歳以上の方からご来店いただけます。10歳未満の場合でも就学児で椅子に安全に座っていただくことができれば入店可能です。
  • Do you provide alcoholic beverages?

    Local beer and sake are available.

  • I am allergic to wheat, is it gluten free?
    小麦アレルギーなのですが、グルテンフリーですか？
    Our dishes are completely gluten-free without wheat.

  • Can I be late for my appointment?
    予約時間に遅刻しても大丈夫ですか？
    We will do our best to accommodate you, but depending on the status of subsequent appointments and our business hours, we may treat your appointment as cancelled after 10 minutes from the appointment time. We recommend that you arrive with plenty of time to spare.

    可能な限り対応させていただきますが、その後の予約状況や営業時間によっては、予約時間から10分を過ぎるとキャンセル扱いとなってしまう場合があります。余裕を持ってのご来店がおすすめです。
